Αρκετά ευδιάθετος εμφανίστηκε ο Αλέξης Τσίπρας, λίγο πριν αρχίσει η Σύνοδος Κορυφής στις Βρυξέλλες, παρά τις ραγδαίες εξελίξεις των τελευταίων ωρών στις σχέσεις της κυβέρνησης με τους δανειστές.

Ο Ελληνας Πρωθυπουργός βρήκε τον χρόνο και την ευκαιρία να μιλήσει με αρκετούς Ευρωπαίους ηγέτες και μάλιστα ήταν χαρακτηριστικά τα γέλια του με την Ανγκελα Μέρκελ παρουσία του Μάρτιν Σουλτς, αλλά και με τον Ζαν Κλοντ Γιούνκερ.
