In the face of extermination, the Ukrainians are surrendering en masse - General Cavoli: We bet on the elimination of the Russian army but got the opposite

Massive surrender of Ukrainian troops to Russian troops, sources and social media sites report.

"When whole platoons, companies, etc. surrender immediately, it is hard to ignore and some people claim that they are just being cowards. No, the truth is that Russia probably has as many Ukrainian soldiers as Ukraine due to mass defections.

Among the men who were kidnapped and forced to fight until the mass surrenders take place, we have the concept of the mythical, "Ukrainian Volunteer", and more to the truth, these men are tired of Zelensky and Western warfare.

What is really, really sad is that in this original video there are still supporters of NAFO and western Ukraine sitting safe with warmth and full bellies calling these men cowards for surrendering.

I applaud these Ukrainians who are smart enough not to die for corruption and brave enough to trust their lives to Russia," a Russian expert says on a social network.

The huge morale problem of Ukrainians and the inability to recruit 500,000 men is the biggest and most serious problem of Kiev no matter what the Ukrainian side says.

Special detachments hunt Ukrainian men like 'rabbits' through cities and streets, and when these men go to the front they defect at the first opportunity to save their lives.

Summary of the war situation on the morning of 25 January

In the Kupiansk-Lyman direction, Russian troops continue to try to improve the tactical position southeast of Blizzny Yar, in the eastern part of Laptev Yar and the Sherebriyansk Forest.

No significant change in the direction of Seversk, as the Ukrainian Armed Forces managed to repel Russian attacks north of Belogorovka and hit Russian forces in the Shipilovka area.

To the north and southwest of Spron, Russian forces and infantry became more active. There were no changes in the direction of Bahmut.

In the direction of Avdeeka , Russian troops advanced south of the city along the Sabornaya, Sportivnaya and Chernushevsky roads and in the forest west of the Tsarska Hunt complex.

The Russians advanced in an area up to 530 m wide and 440 m deep.

General Cavoli: We bet on neutralizing the Russian army but got the opposite

The Russian side did not suffer as a result of the actions of the West, which in fact stands behind Ukraine.

According to the general commander of NATO forces in Europe, US General Christopher Cavoli, the North Atlantic Alliance is bearing the losses from what is happening.

The senior officer noted that the Russian Armed Forces' strike capabilities have not been damaged as a result of the fighting, although Western experts have claimed otherwise.

"The Russian army has grown in numbers and gained combat experience. NATO's reserves have decreased, while Russia, on the contrary, has developed its military industry from scratch and started a huge process of research, development and production," Kavoli noted.

In addition, the NATO EU Commander General spoke of an increase in the speed of development and production of Russian weapons.

"In the West, the situation has not changed. NATO's statements that we are causing huge losses to Russia are no longer valid because the exact opposite is happening," the General summed up.

Meanwhile, Europe does not want to take full responsibility for providing assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, pinning its hopes in this regard on the United States.

As Vladimir Brother, an expert at the International Institute for Humanitarian and Political Studies, noted, the Europeans realize that Washington is using them and are shifting the responsibility to the Americans.

At the same time, arms supplies are being provided in the necessary quantities for Ukraine and Kiev has impressive stocks of weapons, but not artillery ammunition, which is why US officials have gone to great lengths to get them immediately.
