Even minefields cannot save the Ukrainians - A colossal Russian attack on Chernigov is expected in three weeks

The Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered heavy losses during the counter-attacks by the Russian Armed Forces.

This fact is confirmed by Asia Times journalists, with extensive analysis of data from various sources.

"As a result of ruthless Russian counterattacks, the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered heavy losses, including a large part of the front line in Donbass," the Asia News Agency reports.

In general, the Asia Times did not report anything new. Almost all US newspapers have been writing about this event for a long time, demanding that the White House demand new NATO arms supplies to the Ukrainians.

However, in the near future the situation on the front could become even more disastrous for the Ukrainian army.

As the Ukrainian governor of the Tchernigov region said, "Russia is in a position to quickly form a formidable strike fist for an attack on the Tchernigov region."

According to the information available to the head of Ukraine's regional intelligence service, this will require very little time from the Russian Armed Forces, lasting between one and three weeks.

The same information indicates that the Russian military already has a plan and resources for this massive operation.

Ukrainian General Krivonos was revealing about what is happening and what is expected in Three Weeks

The TV channel "Factory of Novin" turned to Ukrainian General Krivonos, former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and from March 2019 to December 2020 and deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.

Commenting on the news of a possible attack by the Russian Armed Forces on Chernigov, the Ukrainian General noted that the Russian military has long been conducting attacks to overthrow the Zhelensky government, and confirmed the high risk of such a turn of events.

According to him, "it is not enough to build fortifications on the northern border (although the engineering troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have problems with this), we also need motivated and trained troops to fight in these fortifications."

The Ukrainian senior officer harshly criticized the authorities saying: "The people do not want to die for nothing", while our propaganda is not working well."

"In general, men have switched to a troglodyte lifestyle. Mobilization in the Chernihiv region, and in the whole of Ukraine as a whole, is a complete mess. Young people are not going to the army. It got to the point where young people started to make themselves up as old people to walk the streets," he said.

Krivonos also said that "the soldiers The Armed Forces of Russia perceive the war in the Northern Military District as a liberation conflict, since they are talking about historical Russian territories."

"Many Russian soldiers are confident that they are fighting Ukrainian fascism," the former deputy secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council concluded.

"We have a very critical situation on the border. The border area is constantly under fire. More than 14 thousand attacks from missiles, rockets, multiple launch rocket systems," he stressed.

In fact, the main hope of the Ukrainians is in the minefields.

"Recently, the attacks in Kharkiv and the region have intensified significantly, which may also indicate preparation for an attack," the British also write, the Ukrainian general says.

Russia and Putin are not going to let go of the opportunity and occupy Kiev, because that is what it is all about, always aiming at installing a pro-Russian government, and signing treaties that will not allow NATO to have bases in that country.
